As the Mübeşşir Association, we would like to thank you for your donations and support made through our website. Our association utilizes all collected donations in line with our charter to reach those in need and to carry out humanitarian aid activities.
The processes regarding the refund of donations are carried out within the framework of the following principles:
Donations made to our association against a receipt or via bank/credit card are, in principle, non-refundable. However, refund requests may be evaluated under the following exceptional circumstances:
Systemic and Technical Errors: Duplicate (multiple) charges arising from the website or banking infrastructure, or transfers made by mistake due to systemic errors.
Involuntary Transactions: Transactions made without the donor's knowledge and consent, through the unauthorized use of their card by third parties (Bank-approved chargeback dispute processes are reserved).
Amount Errors: Instances where the donor inadvertently enters an amount higher than intended before confirming the transaction (e.g., mistakenly sending 10,000 TL instead of 100 TL).
Refund requests must be submitted to our association in writing within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the transaction occurred.
If this period is exceeded or if the donated amount has already been allocated/spent within the system for association activities (e.g., emergency relief, qurban organizations, water well projects, etc.), a refund is legally and technically not possible.
To request a refund, you must send an e-mail or a written petition containing the following information to the official communication channels of our association:
Donor's Full Name and ID/Passport Number
Date and time of the donation
Donation amount
Reason for the refund request
Bank receipt (slip) or SMS screenshot of the transaction
If the refund request is approved after due review, the relevant amount will be refunded to the bank/credit card or the specific bank account from which the donation was made. In accordance with legal regulations, refunds cannot be made to another person's account or in cash.
Any commissions, transaction fees, or deductions applied by banks or intermediary payment institutions during the refund process may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The reflection time of the refund into your account may vary between 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank's internal procedures.
Important Note: In conditional donations (donations made on behalf of a specific project or individual), if the project in question is canceled due to force majeure beyond the control of the association, the association reserves the right to contact the donor to redirect the donation to a similar project or to issue a refund.
