Kindness is a concept too vast and all-encompassing to be confined within specific molds, boundaries, or categories. As the Mübeşşir Association, our objective is to extend a helping hand without discrimination wherever a sorrowful heart or a faded hearth is found, while contributing to the national, educational, and spiritual awareness of our people. The General Assistance Project (General Fund) represents our association's flexible, rapid, and strategic operational capability. This fund enables us to instantly intervene in any humanitarian crisis that cannot be classified under a specific project title but remains vital to resolve.
Why is it Important?: Many unforeseen needs arise in the course of life. A patient who needs an urgent operation but lacks the financial means, a low-income family whose home is reduced to ashes in a sudden fire, an orphan student who passed the university entrance exam but cannot afford enrollment fees, or institutional and educational research activities that our association must conduct to fulfill its chartered purposes (Charter Article 2, Article 10)... All these fields necessitate the existence of a flexible budget. Your general donations strengthen our hands, serving as a lifeline to extinguish the most urgent fires first without getting caught up in bureaucracy.
How Do We Implement It?: Donations directed to the general assistance fund are channeled in the most efficient manner under the strict monitoring and approval of our board of directors and supervisory board (Charter Articles 10, 11). Incoming assistance requests are checked and verified on-site by our expert assessment teams. Depending on the type of need, the fund is spent transparently and accountably as cash assistance, medical equipment procurement, educational scholarships, or institutional operational support.
